The professional version of the L-30 Paella Pan gas burners is equipped with thermocouple safety valves, which allows them for indoor use, making them perfect for restoration. In case the flame extinguishes, the valve automatically shuts off the gas.

The 30P model is designed to cook paella pans with diameters ranging from 36 to 55 cmts, which means  it allows to cook from 7 to 16 servings. it incorporates a side exit for the flames. Its design allows for an optimal distribution of fire.

We suggest using the Three Legged set as support for this gas burner, which will allow you to cook in a more comfortable way.
