The L-60 +GAS gas burner has an improved design over classical gas burners. The gas exits are inclined to one side, which protects them from obstructions, and allows for a highest number of heat points than its classical counterpart of the same diameter.

It has greater power, which allows cooking with bigger paella pans. The L-60 gas burner  allows cooking with paella pans up to 90 cms (40-50 servings). The distribution of the flame has been optimized, wich grants a more homogeneous cooking.
