30 cm Polished Steel Flat Bottomed Paella Pan

Paella Pans 'Pata Negra' for induction have a special flat bottom to cook with vitroceramic, induction and electric hobs. These Paella Pans can also can be used with gas. The base is thicker than traditional paella pans to avoid deformations and keep the paella hot.

Care intructions:

Dry the pan with a soft cloth. Never allow the pan to air dry. For storage of your pan, after cleaning, rub both the inside and outside of the pan with cooking oil and wrap in paper and store in a plastic bag. Store your pan in a dry place.
